Install Anilili on Android TV & Google TV
Works on Chromecast with Google TV, Nvidia Shield, Sony, TCL, Philips, Hisense and other Android TV sets and boxes. The quick route is the Downloader app. A USB drive works too if your device has a port.

Which build to use
Take Anilili_tv.apk, the universal TV build. It runs on every Android TV and Google TV chip. Only pick a split build if you already know your box is 64-bit and you want the smaller file.
The TV build has the living-room layout and full D-pad navigation. Do not install the phone APK on a TV. It will run, but the interface is not built for a remote.
Allow unknown apps
Open Settings → System → About and scroll to Android version. Click it seven times to unlock Developer options if you plan to use a file transfer method. For most people the simpler path is:
- Open Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources.
- Turn on the app you will install from, for example Downloader or your file manager.
On Google TV the menu can read Settings → System → Apps from unknown sources. Turn the toggle on for the specific app doing the install.
Method 1: Downloader app
This is the fastest method and needs no computer.
Install Downloader
From the Google Play Store on your TV, search Downloader by AFTVnews and install it.
Open it and enter the code
In the URL box, type 5124691 and select Go. Downloader fetches the Anilili TV build.
Install
When the download finishes, select Install, then Done. Choose Delete to remove the APK file and save space.

Method 2: USB drive
- On a computer or phone, download Anilili_tv.apk and copy it to a USB drive.
- Plug the drive into the TV box.
- Install a file manager such as X-plore or File Commander from the Play Store.
- Open the drive in the file manager, select the APK and choose Install.
Chromecast with Google TV has no USB port unless you add a powered hub, so use the Downloader method there.
Method 3: Send Files to TV
Install Send Files to TV on both your phone and the TV. Open it on both, send Anilili_tv.apk from the phone, then open the received file on the TV and install it.
Find the app after install
New sideloaded apps sometimes do not appear on the Google TV home row. Open Settings → Apps → See all apps, or install a launcher shortcut tool. On Android TV proper, Anilili shows in the Apps row straight away.
